How do I update my address?
You may submit your changes via phone, mail, fax, or submitting the changes by clicking here.
If I wanted to subscribe to both Voice and Data services with TMC, can I still get one bill even though the underlying carrier may be different for each service?
Absolutely! That is one of the many advantages of choosing TMC. You have the choice of multiple carrier and pricing options, and all services are billed on one invoice and supported by one TMC Customer Care center.
Can I get my phone bill on CD-Rom?
Yes, you can get your phone bill on CD-ROM. Please contact TMC Customer Care for more information.
If I have multiple locations nationwide, can TMC still provide me with one invoice for all of the locations or will I get a separate bill for each location?
It's your choice! TMC offers many billing options. We can provide one simple invoice for all locations or a separate invoice for each location.
What is my TMC account number?
This is the billing system number which is the first number located on the top, right corner of your TMC invoice.
When is my bill due?
Your bill is due upon and payable upon receipt. To avoid late payment fees, your payment must be received on the last day business day of the month, as noted on the 1st page of your bill.
What choices do I have to pay my bill?
TMC offers many convenient payment options:
• Mail a check with your payment coupon to the remittance address shown on the front of the payment coupon:

• Charge your credit card for a specified amount. You can do this on the back of your payment coupon or contact TMC Customer Care.
• Authorize TMC to charge your credit card each and every month for the amount of the new charges on your bill. You can do this on the back of your payment coupon or contact TMC Customer Care.
• Authorize automatic electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your checking account. Contact TMC Customer Care.
What credit cards can I use to pay my bill?
Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
If I've signed up for auto pay, when will you debit my account?
The balance due will be debited from your account on the last business day of the month.
When is a late fee assessed?
A late payment charge of 1.5% will be applied to your bill on an unpaid balance of $10.00 or more if payment is not received by TMC within 30 days of the invoice date.
If I have a dispute on my bill, what do I do?
Disputed charges must be addressed in writing to TMC within 15 days of dispute. Non-disputed charges are due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.
How can I get a copy of a previous bill?
You can call TMC Customer Care to request a copy and we can mail, fax or e-mail you your copy of bill requested.
