Businesses billing $3,000 or more each month are automatically entered into TMC's Premier Support program.
Your TMC Premier Support Manager performs the following for your business:
• Verifies and reviews services and rates for you on a regular basis
• Facilitates service changes
• Manages service due dates
• Provides account status to you as needed
• Analyzes usage volume at your request
• Recommends cost-cutting alternatives and products to ensure that your changing business needs are met
• Facilitates product, service or billing questions should they arise
